It is a fact of life that we all need help on occasions. Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, there are those who cannot find the help they need from family or friends. It is then that organisations such as Poole Food Bank become necessary and often provide a lifeline to those in need. Not only by providing emergency food but also showing them that someone cares. Each are important to the people involved. The work could not be done or the service provided without volunteers who kindly give of themselves, whether by providing food or time.
